Second Generation ViewPoint CX Platform Upgrade
CRT, a leading UK based provider of in-the-moment, multi-channel feedback, has launched a new suite of tools as part of its ViewPoint™ customer experience platform upgrade.
The second generation upgrade provides a more intuitive user interface and a simple yet powerful survey creation capability. It also provides enhanced text analysis and intelligent alert functions. CRT’s Text Analysis tool gives users a quick and easy way to understand what their customers, visitors or employees are really saying about them in open text comments. Unstructured feedback data can be expensive and laborious to mine but CRT’s second generation Text Analysis tool now enables users to analyse data instantly by topic, keywords, sentiment and industry specific terms.
CRT's enhanced real-time live alerts can now be triggered by complex rules, enabling organisations to trust that key moments-of-note will be identified. Customers are informed of issues that need to be fixed straight away and flexible and intuitive dashboards help users to visualise the information they need in order to act.
CRT’s ViewPoint™ platform enables users to transform multiple incoming data channels into actionable insight. By understanding the customer experience question “Why?” and comparing this data with other tracking, monitoring and transactional data, users gain deep and actionable insights. By way of example, the ability to integrate both customer and employee feedback means users can turn issues into opportunities, driving customer loyalty and retention, reducing employee churn and enhancing brand image and awareness.
Simon Rowland CRT's CEO commented, "This major platform upgrade is a result of months of determined planning following customer feedback. We're passionate to deliver an exceptional experience in the delivery of customer and employee insight. Our 2016 ViewPoint platform upgrade moves ViewPoint CX to a new level of simplicity in delivery, complexity in analysis and usability in client facing application."
